Who we are
BuddieLink is operated by Hutliv Technologies. You can reach us any time at hello@buddielink.com. Hutliv Technologies also operates LeadBuddie and Hutliv Realty; each product has its own terms, even though they share one company and one sign-in.
What BuddieLink does
BuddieLink gives a business a page that answers customer enquiries using AI, based on information the business owner provides and approves, and delivers each customer's structured request to the owner. By publishing a page or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Your responsibilities as a business owner
You are responsible for keeping your published business information accurate, and for using BuddieLink lawfully. You may not use BuddieLink to impersonate another business or person, or to mislead customers. We may suspend or unpublish a page that misleads customers or breaks these terms.
AI answers
Answers on a BuddieLink page are generated by AI from the information the business owner approved. They can be imperfect. Any commercial commitment — a price, a quote, an appointment, a promise of work — is made by the business, not by BuddieLink, and a final quote or response always comes from the business itself.
Plans and payment
The Free plan includes 10 completed requests in total. Paid plans are billed in advance for 30-day periods through a payment link (processed by Cashfree). Prices include GST and may change; we will tell you before a change affects what you pay. Plan quotas count completed customer requests; an enquiry that arrives beyond your quota is still collected and held for you, and counts against your quota only when your plan opens it. We do not refund partially used periods, but if you believe you were billed in error, write to hello@buddielink.com and we will sort it out.
Customer messaging
BuddieLink sends WhatsApp updates to a customer only after that customer explicitly opts in, and only about their request. Customers can reply STOP at any time to stop updates.
Service availability
BuddieLink is in a pilot. We work to keep it reliable and we answer support requests with reasonable efforts, but we do not guarantee uptime during the pilot.
Your data
How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. To ask for deletion of your data, email hello@buddielink.com.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hutliv Technologies' total liability for anything arising from BuddieLink is limited to the fees you paid us in the month preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the pilot evolves. We will post changes on this page, with notice for changes that matter, and the effective date above will be updated.
